For individuals, we partner with you to help define your goals and the best way to achieve them.

Your goals might be sports-related, such as running a marathon ; job-related, such as overcoming communication difficulties at work or adapting to new circumstances. Or maybe you have no defined goals at present and you would like to have more rewarding challenges in your life.

An initial discussion is free, to give you the opportunity to understand our approach and ask any questions you might have.

If you would like us to partner with you to achieve your goals in the most effective way for you, the coaching process starts with discussions to define your goals and understand why you wish to achieve them.

Once we understand and clearly define your goals, we help you to determine what success in achieving your goals would look like to you and to develop your plan.

Together, we regularly review and update your plan for any challenges and risks we see which might hinder your progress.

The path to achieving a goal isn't always a smooth one. You may have already tried to achieve certain goals and failed. Then, we should decide why you have not succeeded previously and make use of that knowledge to help you move forward. For example, perhaps your original goal was the wrong one, or the path you were taking to achieve it, not effective.
