The principal of Project Success Coaching is Colin Bray.

Colin is a specialist in the conception and implementation of effective, risk-based, project management methodologies and, of training and compliance programmes.

He is supported by a network of professionals who can be relied upon for additional specialist subjects.

Experience

Colin has a successful track record, with established organisations and start-up companies, in IT and other disciplines.

His knowledge and experience was gained in managerial, consulting and technical roles in Australia, Belgium, France, the Netherlands, the UK, the Far East and the US.

He directed the operations of UK and Australian consulting companies specialising in project management, software development, technical documentation and training, while taking the lead consulting role in those disciplines.

He is now based in Belgium, where he has held several management roles at SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication), including Head of Quality Management and Head of Security Compliance Management.

In SWIFT, he also managed several global projects, including the conception and evolution of the project management methodology (considered world class by external auditors), alignment of start-up organisations, implementation of a global KPI programme and the compliance programme for management controls (supervisory controls).

He was also team director for the project management modules in the Transconstellation Academy of Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management. He has assisted companies with negotiation, conflict management, recruitment and coaching individuals and teams, both in business and personal environments.

Qualifications

Colin obtained an honours degree in Information Technology from Essex University (UK), is a Chartered Engineer, a European Engineer (FEANI), a member of the British Computer Society and, while in Australia, a Registered Professional Engineer.

Interests

In his free time, Colin enjoys writing and is a competitive sportsman with numerous podiums in fencing, running and triathlon.
